Surbhi is an experienced physiotherapist with a Masters Degree. She has worked for the last 15 years across multiple healthcare environments including Private Practice for the last 10 years. Surbhi has also lectured to Physiotherapy Students during their training. She has a wealth of experience with neurological, cardiopulmonary and pediatric conditions but has focussed her career on managing complex musculoskeletal conditions involving the neck, head and face..
As a valued, experienced member of the Melbourne TMJ & Facial Pain Centre™ team, Surbhi is certified in the Goralsky Craniomandibular Method™ (GCMM) and she continues to work closely with Darron Goralsky our Principal Physiotherapist & Director. Surbhi attended Myofocus Myofunctional Therapy Course in 2019 and attended the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain (AACP) International Virtual Symposium in March 2020. By incorporating the very specific and advanced techniques and approach that Melbourne TMJ & Facial Pain Centre™ has become highly regarded for, Surbhi achieves great clinical outcomes and is a favourite with her patients.
In addition to her extensive manual therapy skills Surbhi also trained as a Clinical Pilates instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI), incorporating this into her musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She is passionate about integrating strength and conditioning programs using tailored Pilates and gym programs leading to long-term recovery and health management.
